1 (1.4-oz) onion soup mix packet

12 oz rigatoni, uncooked

Instructions

Caramelize the Onions:

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onions and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Add Garlic & Mushrooms:

Stir in garlic and mushrooms.

Cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms soften.
