Horseradish Mayo

1/3 cup mayonnaise

Biscuit Sandwiches

1 (16.3 oz) can biscuits (or 8 homemade unbaked biscuits)

14 oz thinly sliced deli roast beef

8 slices provolone cheese, cut into quarters

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted (divided)

1 (1 oz) packet au jus gravy mix

Sliced chives (optional)

Flaky sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
Make Horseradish Mayo

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, and mustard.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble and Bake Biscuit Sandwiches

Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Split each biscuit in half using your fingers, creating 16 thin rounds. Gently stretch each round to about 4 inches in diameter.

Place 8 biscuit rounds on the prepared baking sheet. Spread 1โ2 tsp horseradish mayo on each. Top with roast beef and 4 small pieces of provolone (overlapping if needed).

Spread another 1โ2 tsp horseradish mayo on the remaining 8 biscuit rounds and place on top, mayo-side down. Pinch the edges of top and bottom biscuits to seal.

Brush tops with 1 Tbsp melted butter.

Bake for 15โ18 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, prepare au jus according to package instructions.

Once baked, brush biscuits with the remaining 1 Tbsp butter. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and chives if using.
