Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until light.
  3. Add yogurt, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Fold gently to combine.
  6. Pour into pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Cool and serve.
