Description

These Breakfast Crescent Rolls are a quick and easy morning treat filled with savory sausage, creamy cheese, and melty cheddar. Perfect for brunch gatherings, busy mornings, and make-ahead breakfasts, theyโ€™re an irresistible grab-and-go option for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) roll breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)

  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar until well combined.

  • Separate the crescent rolls into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create two smaller triangles (a pizza cutter makes this easy).

  • Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling onto each triangle and roll up.

  • Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
