- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed nacho cheese soup (such as Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup)
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can milk
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Once browned, drain any excess fat and add the chopped green onion. Cook for another 2 minutes, until the onions soften.
- Add half of the taco seasoning mix to the beef mixture, then stir in the tomato soup, nacho cheese soup, and milk. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared casserole dish. Top with a layer of frozen tater tots, spreading them out evenly across the surface.
- Sprinkle the shredded Mexican cheese blend over the tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
