Description

Warm extra cheesy garlic bread with a crispy edge, soft center, and rich buttery garlic flavor, perfect as a side or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large French bread loaf
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
  3. Slice bread and spread garlic butter evenly.
