Description

This Epic Cobb Salad with Creamy Lemon Dressing is a hearty, colorful salad made with crisp romaine, tender chicken, creamy avocado, eggs, and juicy tomatoes, all finished with a bright and smooth lemon dressing. Fresh, filling, and perfect as a complete meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
