- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices provolone cheese or other melty cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine tuna, diced celery, sliced green onions, sweet relish, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form tuna salad.
- Toast the English muffin halves lightly under the broiler or in a toaster.
