Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
