Description

This no-bake Eclair Cake is a creamy, dreamy dessert that’s incredibly easy to make! Layers of graham crackers, French vanilla pudding, Cool Whip, and rich hot fudge create a decadent treat. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 jar hot fudge topping
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding and milk until smooth using an electric mixer or wire whisk.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  • Layer the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan with graham crackers.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
  • Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  • Heat the hot fudge topping in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another minute and stir again.
  • Pour the hot fudge over the top layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
