Description

These no-bake Easy Tiramisu Balls are a quick and delicious twist on the classic dessert. Made with ladyfinger biscuits, mascarpone cheese, and coffee, they’re perfect for satisfying your tiramisu cravings in no time.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 10 pieces of ladyfinger biscuits
  • 40g icing sugar
  • 30ml coffee (strong, cooled)
  • 100g mascarpone cheese
  • Chocolate spread (for filling)
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  • Crush the ladyfinger biscuits into fine crumbs in a bowl.
  • Add the icing sugar, coffee, and mascarpone cheese to the crumbs. Mix until you form a smooth, moldable dough.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and flatten slightly in your hands.
  • Add a small dollop of chocolate spread to the center, then shape the mixture into a ball, sealing the filling inside.
  • Roll the balls in cocoa powder until evenly coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added texture, roll the tiramisu balls in crushed biscuits or grated chocolate instead of cocoa powder.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
