- 40g icing sugar
- 30ml coffee (strong, cooled)
- 100g mascarpone cheese
- Chocolate spread (for filling)
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Crush the ladyfinger biscuits into fine crumbs in a bowl.
- Add the icing sugar, coffee, and mascarpone cheese to the crumbs. Mix until you form a smooth, moldable dough.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and flatten slightly in your hands.
- Add a small dollop of chocolate spread to the center, then shape the mixture into a ball, sealing the filling inside.
- Roll the balls in cocoa powder until evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
