Description

Easy Sheet Pan Pizza uses frozen dinner rolls as a quick pizza base, topped with colorful vegetables, olives, marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese for a simple, crowd-pleasing meal.


Ingredients

  • 36 frozen dinner rolls
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • A dash of salt
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large sheet pan.
  2. Arrange frozen dinner rolls evenly on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with dried oregano and a dash of salt.
  3. Bake rolls for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden and starting to puff.
  4. Remove from oven and spread marinara sauce over each roll.
  5. Top with sliced red onion, green, red, and yellow peppers, Kalamata olives, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
