- 36 frozen dinner rolls
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- A dash of salt
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large sheet pan.
- Arrange frozen dinner rolls evenly on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with dried oregano and a dash of salt.
- Bake rolls for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden and starting to puff.
- Remove from oven and spread marinara sauce over each roll.
- Top with sliced red onion, green, red, and yellow peppers, Kalamata olives, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- Feel free to use any combination of vegetables or add cooked meats for variety.
