Description

This easy seafood salad is packed with tender shrimp, sweet crab, crunchy veggies, and tossed in a zesty creamy dressing. Perfect for a light lunch, meal prep, or summer gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz imitation crab or cooked lump crab
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add shrimp, imitation crab, red onion, green onion, celery, and fresh dill.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently fold to combine.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve cold as a salad, in lettuce cups, or with crackers.
