- 1 lb. cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz imitation crab or cooked lump crab
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add shrimp, imitation crab, red onion, green onion, celery, and fresh dill.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently fold to combine.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve cold as a salad, in lettuce cups, or with crackers.
