- For the Creamy Italian Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet or griddle, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Prepare the creamy Italian dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Parmesan, lemon juice, and garlic paste until smooth.
- Drizzle the dressing over the tortellini mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Serve warm, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
