Description

Easy Sausage Tortellini Griddle Dinner is a quick, hearty skillet meal with tender tortellini, smoky sausage, colorful peppers, and onions, finished with a creamy Italian dressing and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

  • For the Creamy Italian Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  5. Prepare the creamy Italian dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Parmesan, lemon juice, and garlic paste until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the tortellini mixture and toss gently to coat.
  7. Serve warm, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
