This Easy Pumpkin Tiramisu Dessert is a seasonal twist on the classic Italian dessert. Layers of pumpkin-spiced cream, mascarpone, and coffee-soaked ladyfingers come together to create a rich, creamy, and spiced treat perfect for fall gatherings.

- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 packages dry ladyfingers (savoiardi)
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin puree, light brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and ¼ cup of granulated sugar until smooth. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, and remaining ¼ cup granulated sugar until creamy.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture gently.
- Fold pumpkin mixture into the mascarpone and whipped cream mixture until fully combined.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly into cooled brewed coffee and arrange a layer in the bottom of a serving dish or trifle dish.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers on top, then spread the remaining pumpkin mascarpone mixture.
- Top with whipped cream and dust lightly with cocoa powder.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving for best flavor and texture.
Notes
- Do not soak ladyfingers too long in coffee to avoid soggy layers.
- Use full-fat mascarpone and cream cheese for a richer, creamier texture.
- Optional: sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top for extra flavor.
