Description

These Easy Parmesan Crisps are crunchy, salty, and incredibly simple to make with just one ingredient—Parmesan cheese! Perfect as a low-carb snack, salad topper, or appetizer.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups aged Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each mound about 2 inches apart.
  3. Flatten each mound slightly to form thin circles.
  4. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Serve as a snack, with dips, or use as a garnish for soups and salads.

Notes

  • Freshly grated Parmesan works best; pre-shredded cheese may not melt as evenly.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper, garlic powder, or Italian seasoning before baking for extra flavor.
  • Store crisps in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • These crisps are naturally gluten-free and low-carb.
