Scale
- 2 cups aged Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each mound about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each mound slightly to form thin circles.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve as a snack, with dips, or use as a garnish for soups and salads.
Notes
- Freshly grated Parmesan works best; pre-shredded cheese may not melt as evenly.
- Sprinkle with black pepper, garlic powder, or Italian seasoning before baking for extra flavor.
- Store crisps in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- These crisps are naturally gluten-free and low-carb.
