These Easy Pan Fried Ravioli are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making a delicious twist on classic ravioli. Served with marinara sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan, they’re perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

- 25 ounces ravioli, frozen or refrigerated
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and pat dry.
- In a shallow bowl, beat eggs. In another shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
- Dip each ravioli into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the ravioli in batches, about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce and additional Parmesan on top.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen ravioli; adjust frying time accordingly.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or Italian herbs to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve immediately for best crispiness.
