Instructions
- Wash jalapeños and remove stems. For milder heat, remove seeds; leave seeds in for extra spiciness.
- Combine jalapeños, garlic, salt, vinegar, and water in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with additional water if needed.
- Taste and adjust vinegar or salt as desired.
- Pour the sauce into a clean jar or bottle and refrigerate. Let it sit for at least a few hours to develop flavor before using.
- Use as a condiment for tacos, eggs, sandwiches, or any dish that could use a spicy kick.
