Quick and flavorful garlic toast made using hamburger buns, perfectly buttery and seasoned with garlic and Italian herbs for a delicious side or snack.

- 4 hamburger buns
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until well combined.
- Slice hamburger buns in half horizontally.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each bun half.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet, buttered side up.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden and the butter is melted and fragrant.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
- Optional: sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese before baking for extra flavor.
- Can also be toasted in a skillet over medium heat for a quicker method.
- Serve alongside pasta, soups, or salads for a complete meal.
