Description

These Easy Fudgy Oreo Brownies are rich, chewy, and loaded with chunks of Oreos in every bite. With a crackly top, fudgy center, and the perfect balance of chocolate and cookies, this recipe is a chocolate lover’s dream.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups Oreos, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: Whisk in white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Add dry ingredients: Sift in flour and cocoa powder, gently folding until just combined.
  5. Stir in Oreos: Fold in 1 1/2 cups chopped Oreos into the batter.
  6. Bake: Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining Oreos on top. Bake 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Cool & serve: Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes
