Description

These easy Frozen Protein S’mores Bars are a delicious, protein-packed treat that requires no baking. With just five simple ingredients, they are perfect for a quick dessert straight from the freezer!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 18 graham crackers
  • 10 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tub Cool Whip or Coco Whip
  • 1.5 scoops (about 45 grams) vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange 9 graham crackers in the bottom of the pan in an even layer.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe dish. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  4. Pour and spread half of the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and let it set for 5-10 minutes.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix the Cool Whip (or Coco Whip) with the protein powder until fully combined.
  6. Spread the Cool Whip mixture over the set chocolate layer, then pour and spread the remaining melted chocolate over the Cool Whip.
  7. Top with the remaining 9 graham crackers and place the pan in the freezer for 2-8 hours.
  8. Once set, remove from the freezer, carefully lift out of the pan, and cut into squares.

Notes

  • If you prefer, you can use dairy-free Cool Whip or another alternative for a vegan option.
  • These bars are best stored in the freezer and can be eaten straight from there for a cool, refreshing treat.
