- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- Pinch of salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Stir occasionally until melted.
- Bring to a boil and let bubble for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, shredded coconut, and cocoa powder.
- Pour the hot sugar mixture over the dry ingredients and fold together until fully combined.
- Scoop and form into mounds, placing them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Let sit for at least 20 minutes to cool and set. Enjoy!

- For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
