- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (see notes)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2–3 tbsp condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- 1 pack Lotus Biscoff cookies (or other tea biscuits, see notes)
- 1/4 cup milk (for dipping cookies, see notes)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cream Mixture:
- In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and condensed milk until smooth and well combined.
2. Assemble the Layers:
- In a medium container, arrange a single layer of cookies to cover the bottom.
- Spread a few tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookies.
- For the next layers, dip each cookie in milk before placing them on top of the cream layer.
- Continue alternating between cookies and cream mixture until ingredients are used up or the desired height is reached.
- The final top layer should be the cream cheese mixture.
3. Finishing & Chilling:
- Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight, for the best texture.
4. Serve & Enjoy:
- Slice and serve chilled!
Notes
- Cookies: Lotus Biscoff cookies are recommended, but Marie biscuits or graham crackers also work well.
- Milk for Dipping: Regular milk or coffee-flavored milk can be used for extra flavor.
- Sweetness: Adjust condensed milk to taste. If using sweeter cookies, reduce the amount.
