Description

If you love easy, no-bake desserts, this Cheesekut (Creamy Layered Cookie Cake) is a must-try! With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, you can create a rich, creamy treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 23 tbsp condensed milk (adjust to taste)
  • 1 pack Lotus Biscoff cookies (or other tea biscuits, see notes)
  • 1/4 cup milk (for dipping cookies, see notes)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cream Mixture:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and condensed milk until smooth and well combined.

2. Assemble the Layers:

  1. In a medium container, arrange a single layer of cookies to cover the bottom.
  2. Spread a few tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookies.
  3. For the next layers, dip each cookie in milk before placing them on top of the cream layer.
  4. Continue alternating between cookies and cream mixture until ingredients are used up or the desired height is reached.
  5. The final top layer should be the cream cheese mixture.

3. Finishing & Chilling:

  1. Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight, for the best texture.

4. Serve & Enjoy:

  1. Slice and serve chilled!

Notes

  • Cookies: Lotus Biscoff cookies are recommended, but Marie biscuits or graham crackers also work well.
  • Milk for Dipping: Regular milk or coffee-flavored milk can be used for extra flavor.
  • Sweetness: Adjust condensed milk to taste. If using sweeter cookies, reduce the amount.
