  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef with cream cheese, milk, and pasta sauce. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the beef mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
