Instructions

- Mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 3 tbsp water to make a slurry. Add to the apple mixture and cook until thickened, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- For the cream cheese drizzle, whisk together cream cheese, vanilla extract, milk, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Arrange apple slices on a serving platter as ‘nachos.’ Drizzle with cream cheese mixture.
- Serve warm or at room temperature as a fun dessert or snack.
