Description

This Easter Fluff Dip is a vibrant, sweet treat that comes together in just minutes! Made with crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, lemon pudding, and Cool Whip, this fluffy dessert is topped with mini Cadbury eggs, marshmallow peeps, and colorful mini marshmallows. Perfect for springtime gatherings and a hit at any Easter celebration.

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 cup canned mandarin oranges
  • 3.4 ounces lemon pudding mix (1 box)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 10 ounces colored mini marshmallows
  • 10โ€“12 Cadbury mini eggs
  • 1 marshmallow peep
  • Nilla wafers (for dipping)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, lemon pudding mix, and water. Stir to mix.
  • Add in the Cool Whip and use a rubber spatula to flip and fold the mixture together. Do not stir.
  • Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with Cadbury mini eggs and a marshmallow peep.
  • Serve with Nilla wafers for dipping. Enjoy!
