- 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 cup canned mandarin oranges
- 3.4 ounces lemon pudding mix (1 box)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 10 ounces colored mini marshmallows
- 10โ12 Cadbury mini eggs
- 1 marshmallow peep
- Nilla wafers (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, lemon pudding mix, and water. Stir to mix.
- Add in the Cool Whip and use a rubber spatula to flip and fold the mixture together. Do not stir.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with Cadbury mini eggs and a marshmallow peep.
- Serve with Nilla wafers for dipping. Enjoy!
