With layers of creamy filling and crushed Oreos, this dessert is decorated with festive Easter candy like Peeps, Robin eggs, and sprinkles. Itโ€™s a treat thatโ€™s easy to make and guaranteed to please both kids and adults alike!


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (3.3 oz box size)
  • 3 cups milk
  • Easter candy (Peeps, Robin eggs, sprinkles, etc.)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Base:
    Crush โ…” of the package of Oreos and place them in the bottom of a 9ร—13 pan. Set aside.

  • Mix the Cream Cheese Mixture:
    In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter with a hand-held mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and Cool Whip, and continue to mix until well combined. Set aside.

  • Make the Pudding Mixture:
    In a separate bowl, combine the milk and vanilla pudding mixes. Fold this mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

  • Assemble the Cake:
    Pour the cream cheese and pudding mixture over the Oreo crumbs in the pan. Spread evenly.

  • Top the Cake:
    Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top.

  • Refrigerate:
    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving to let the layers set.

  • Decorate:
    Right before serving, remove from the refrigerator and decorate with Easter candy like Peeps, Robin eggs, and sprinkles.
