Description

Dubai Chocolate S’mores Sliders are a decadent twist on the classic s’mores. Mini slider rolls are layered with pistachio cream, chocolate, marshmallows, and flaky phyllo, then sprinkled with crushed graham crackers for a crunchy, gooey treat.


Ingredients

  • 9-10 mini slider rolls
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup pistachio cream
  • 1 cup cooked phyllo dough, broken into small flakes
  • 2 large chocolate bars
  • 12-15 large marshmallows (1-2 per slider)
  • 3 tbsp crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix butter, sugar, and cinnamon until creamy.
  4. Spread pistachio cream on the bottom halves of the slider rolls.
  5. Top with phyllo flakes, chocolate pieces, and marshmallows.
  6. Place top halves of rolls over fillings and press gently.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 5–7 minutes or until chocolate melts and marshmallows soften.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers, and serve warm.
