Dubai Chocolate S’mores Sliders are a decadent twist on the classic s’mores. Mini slider rolls are layered with pistachio cream, chocolate, marshmallows, and flaky phyllo, then sprinkled with crushed graham crackers for a crunchy, gooey treat.

- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup pistachio cream
- 1 cup cooked phyllo dough, broken into small flakes
- 2 large chocolate bars
- 12-15 large marshmallows (1-2 per slider)
- 3 tbsp crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix butter, sugar, and cinnamon until creamy.
- Spread pistachio cream on the bottom halves of the slider rolls.
- Top with phyllo flakes, chocolate pieces, and marshmallows.
- Place top halves of rolls over fillings and press gently.
- Bake in preheated oven for 5–7 minutes or until chocolate melts and marshmallows soften.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers, and serve warm.
