- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups honey hoops cereal
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture:
- In a saucepan over low-medium heat, melt butter, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
2. Mix with Cereal:
- In a large bowl, toss together honey hoops and rice cereal.
- Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the cereal.
- Stir until fully coated.
3. Form the Bars:
- Line an 8ร8-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
- Press the cereal mixture firmly into the tin.
4. Add Chocolate Topping:
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Drizzle evenly over the top of the bars.
5. Chill & Serve:

- Slice into bars and enjoy!
