Description

A loaded nacho dish combining the crunch of Doritos, savory beef, juicy shrimp, and melted cheese topped with sour cream and mustard for a bold, irresistible flavor. Perfect for parties or game day!


Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Doritos (any flavor)
  • 1 cup 3-cheese shredded cheese mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Seasoned salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef and Shrimp:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
    • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Set aside.
  • Prepare for Baking:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Spread a layer of Doritos on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the Nachos:
    • Evenly distribute the cooked beef and shrimp over the Doritos.
    • Sprinkle the diced onion and 3-cheese shredded cheese mix generously on top.
  • Bake:
    • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Finish and Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and drizzle with mustard. Add dollops of sour cream.
    • Sprinkle with seasoned salt to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
