Description

Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Skewers are a tangy, savory, and protein-packed grilled favorite. Marinated in a flavorful blend of dill pickle juice and ranch seasoning, these juicy skewers are perfect for BBQs, quick weeknight dinners, or high-protein meal prep.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or zip-top bag, combine chicken pieces and pickle juice. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
  2. Drain the chicken and pat dry. In a separate bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill.
  3. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
  5. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce, side salad, or over rice.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • Add sliced pickles or cherry tomatoes between chicken pieces for extra flavor and presentation.
  • These skewers can also be baked at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes.
  • Pairs well with a side of ranch or dill yogurt dip.
