- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp dried onion bits
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Italian herbs
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 can flaky biscuits
- 1 can pizza dough
- 5 oz mini pepperoni
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a Bundt pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, dried onion bits, garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Cut biscuit and pizza dough into bite-size pieces. Toss in the butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Add mozzarella, parmesan, and mini pepperoni to the dough mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Layer half of the dough mixture into the Bundt pan, spoon over half of the marinara sauce, then repeat with remaining dough and sauce.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Invert onto a serving plate and serve warm with extra marinara sauce if desired.
Notes
- You can use all biscuit or all pizza dough based on what you have.
- Swap mini pepperoni for cooked sausage or veggies if preferred.
- Let rest 10 minutes before inverting to avoid falling apart.
