Pull Apart Pizza Monkey Bread is a cheesy, savory twist on the classic monkey breadโ€”made with layers of buttery biscuit and pizza dough tossed in garlic herb oil, loaded with mozzarella, parmesan, and mini pepperoni, then baked to golden, gooey perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp dried onion bits
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 can flaky biscuits
  • 1 can pizza dough
  • 5 oz mini pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, dried onion bits, garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Cut biscuit and pizza dough into bite-size pieces. Toss in the butter mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Add mozzarella, parmesan, and mini pepperoni to the dough mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Layer half of the dough mixture into the Bundt pan, spoon over half of the marinara sauce, then repeat with remaining dough and sauce.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Invert onto a serving plate and serve warm with extra marinara sauce if desired.
