Instructions

- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Gently drop the meatballs into the simmering broth and cook until they are fully cooked through.
- Add the wide flat noodles to the pot and cook until tender.
- Stir in the chopped bok choy and cook until just wilted.
- Remove from heat, add remaining green onions, and drizzle with chili oil if using.
