Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly grease a 9ร13-inch baking dish.
- Cut croissants into large pieces and place half in the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle half of the chocolate over the croissants. Repeat with remaining croissants and chocolate.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the croissants, pressing gently to soak.
- Let the dish sit for 15โ20 minutes (or refrigerate overnight if prepping ahead).
- Bake for 35โ40 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
