For the Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil of choice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3โ4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp EACH: cumin, coriander powder, salt
- 1/2 tsp EACH: garam masala, fenugreek, curry powder, chili powder, turmeric, black pepper
- 1/2 onion, sliced or chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced or chopped
For the Sliders:
- 1 package slider buns (12 rolls)
- 1โ2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp hot sauce, sriracha, or red chili sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
For the Herb Butter:
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp cilantro or parsley, minced

Marinate the Chicken:
- In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices.
- Cover and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes or up to 48 hours.

Cook the Chicken:
- Heat a heavy-duty pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken, onions, and bell peppers.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Prepare Sauce & Herb Butter:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and cilantro/parsley.

Assemble the Sliders:
- Preheat oven to 375ยบF.
- Line a 9ร13-inch baking dish with foil and coat lightly with oil or butter.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottoms into the pan.
- Spread the sauce on both sides of the buns.
- Add the cooked chicken mixture and sprinkle generously with cheese.
- Place the slider roll tops over the filling and press down gently.
- Brush the tops with herb butter.

- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Cover with foil until ready to serve.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more chili powder or hot sauce.
- For a crispy top, broil the sliders for 1-2 minutes after baking.
