Description

These delicious Cuban Sliders are made with salami or chicken, Swiss cheese, and dill pickles on soft slider buns, topped with a flavorful Dijon mustard spread! A quick and easy party favorite, ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 24 pack Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 package sliced salami or cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • Dill pickles

Dijon Spread:

  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • reheat oven: Set oven to 325°F.
  • Prepare the pan: Grease a 9×13 baking pan.
  • Assemble the sliders:
    • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the baking pan.
    • Layer with salami or chicken, Swiss cheese, and dill pickles.
    • Place the top half of the rolls on top.
  • Make the spread: Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, and minced onion.
  • Bake: Brush the tops of the sliders with the Dijon spread, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
  • Serve & enjoy: Slice and serve warm!
