- 1 cup beef broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the cubed sirloin steak, diced potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic into the crockpot.
- Pour the beef broth over the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
- Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream. Mix until the cheese is melted and the dish is creamy.
