Description

This Crockpot Lipton Chicken is a cozy, all-in-one slow cooker meal made with tender chicken breasts, savory onion soup mix, buttery potatoes, and green beans. It’s simple, satisfying, and perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 packets dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 30 oz canned green beans, drained
  • 24 oz bite-size potatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Place halved potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle both packets of Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the top to moisten and distribute flavor.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
  6. Add drained green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  7. Slice or shred the chicken before serving. Stir gently to combine and coat everything in the broth.

Notes

  • Use baby potatoes for quicker prep and even cooking.
  • Don’t add the green beans too early to avoid mushy texture.
  • For extra flavor, add a tablespoon of butter or sliced fresh onions.
