- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 packets dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 30 oz canned green beans, drained
- 24 oz bite-size potatoes, halved
Instructions
- Place halved potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle both packets of Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth over the top to moisten and distribute flavor.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
- Add drained green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Slice or shred the chicken before serving. Stir gently to combine and coat everything in the broth.

- Use baby potatoes for quicker prep and even cooking.
- Don’t add the green beans too early to avoid mushy texture.
