Description

This Crockpot Chicken Stuffing is the ultimate comfort food—easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for busy weeknights! Tender chicken, creamy stuffing, and sweet corn come together in this delicious dish


Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 container sour cream (8 oz)
  • 1 can cream corn (15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1/2 cup water. Stir until well mixed.
  • Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Pour the cream corn over the top of the stuffing mixture.
  • Cover and cook on High for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
  • Serve the chicken as is or shred it for easier serving.

Notes

  • Swap cream corn for green beans for a different twist.
