- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 6 quart slow cooker.
- Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
- Add cubed cream cheese evenly on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Add broccoli florets during the last 45 to 60 minutes of cooking and stir gently.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and allow it to melt completely.
- Stir everything together until creamy and well combined before serving.

- Add broccoli near the end to prevent overcooking.
