- 16 oz package Italian gnocchi
- 3 cups beef broth
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground Italian sausage over medium heat. Once cooked, drain any excess grease and set aside.
- In a crock pot, combine the browned sausage, diced tomatoes (with juice), basil pesto, Italian gnocchi, and beef broth.
- Stir everything together to combine, making sure the gnocchi is submerged in the broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the gnocchi is tender and the soup is heated through.
