Description

Tender chicken breasts slow-cooked with cream cheese, ham, Swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard, served on buns, croissants, or low-carb alternatives for a creamy, flavorful sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1-ounce packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 8 buns, croissants, or lettuce wraps (or 16 keto chaffles for low carb)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and Italian dressing mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
  4. Add the cubed ham and shredded Swiss cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the cheese and ham mixture.
  7. Serve warm on buns, croissants, lettuce wraps, or keto chaffles as desired.
