- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs for GF option)

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into tots, balls, or discs (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on the baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

- If the batter isn’t holding together, add a little extra flour.
