- 12 ounces pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, cubed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta until just tender, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta in a bowl.
- Pour dressing over and toss gently.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
