- 1 1/2 lbs (680g) baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Set aside.
- In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with the remaining olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
