Ingredients
For the Sandwich

4 croissants, toasted

Caesar Dressing

1 large egg

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

3 anchovy fillets

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp red wine vinegar

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste
Toasted Panko Breadcrumbs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

4 tbsp unsalted butter

Pinch of salt
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken

In a large bowl, mix all marinade ingredients.

Coat chicken in the mixture and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Prepare the Toasted Panko

Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat.

Add panko and a pinch of salt, stirring continuously until golden brown (3-4 minutes). Set aside.
Make the Caesar Dressing
