Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 320โ„‰ (160โ„ƒ). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg white and sugar until dissolved. Stir in sliced almonds, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  • Shape the Cookies: Using a round cookie cutter, thinly mold the almond mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
