Description

Crescent Pizza Rolls are a quick and easy dinner idea perfect for busy weeknights! With just 3 main ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes, these rolls are a fun twist on cheesy pepperoni pizza. Great as an after-school snack or a simple lunch idea!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls (8 ct)
  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pizza sauce, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat the oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Prepare Crescent Rolls:
    • Open the crescent roll can and separate the dough into 8 triangles. Place the triangles on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Add Filling:
    • Place 4 slices of pepperoni at the wider end of each triangle. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.
  • Roll and Arrange:
    • Starting at the wider end of each triangle, carefully roll the dough toward the tip, tucking in any cheese that spills out. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush and Season:
    • Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, parsley, and garlic powder over each roll.
  • Bake:
    • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve:
    • Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to use other toppings like diced ham, cooked sausage, or veggies.
  • Use fresh parsley for added flavor if available.
