Scale
- 8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls (8 ct)
- 32 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pizza sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Prepare Crescent Rolls:
- Open the crescent roll can and separate the dough into 8 triangles. Place the triangles on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add Filling:
- Place 4 slices of pepperoni at the wider end of each triangle. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.
- Roll and Arrange:
- Starting at the wider end of each triangle, carefully roll the dough toward the tip, tucking in any cheese that spills out. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush and Season:
- Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, parsley, and garlic powder over each roll.
- Bake:
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to use other toppings like diced ham, cooked sausage, or veggies.
- Use fresh parsley for added flavor if available.
