Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese: 16 oz
  • Granulated Sugar: 3/4 cup
  • Eggs: 3 large
  • Heavy Cream: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Graham Crackers: 1 1/2 cups crushed
  • Butter: 1/4 cup melted
  • Extra Sugar: 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham crackers and butter, press into pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, cream, and vanilla.
  4. Pour filling over crust.
  5. Bake in water bath for 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Cool and chill completely.
  7. Sprinkle sugar and torch until caramelized.
