Description

Tender chicken filled with a creamy spinach and pimento cheese mixture, baked until golden and comforting.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup pimento cheese spread
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix pimento cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
