Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix pimento cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lightly oil a baking dish.
- Fill and roll chicken cutlets, placing seam side down in the dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve.
